IVO Software officially presented in Poland one of the best text-to-speech system in the world - IVONA Telecom with the MRCP interface. Ivona’s capabilities were demonstrated on the example of a Cisco telecommunication platform and the presentation took place on 18 June at the Contact Center International Fair (MTCC) in Warsaw.
